Education Endowment Foundation:Caitlin Mackinder

In her role she supports teachers, school leaders and system leaders to use evidence to improve outcomes for all pupils, especially those facing disadvantage.

Prior to joining the EEF Caitlin held a variety of teaching, school leadership, and teacher development roles in disadvantaged contexts both in the UK and the USA. Most recently she was based at the Institute for Effective Education where she was part of the team establishing and supporting the Research Schools Network.Caitlin is the EEF’s Regional Lead for Yorkshire and the North East of England.
