Education Endowment Foundation:Andrea Mills

Andrea is a passionate advocate for the early years, who champions this vital phase of education. She has worked within the sector for the past three decades as an early years class teacher; department lead; senior school leader; local authority consultant and university tutor.

Andrea’s previous role was as lead educationalist at St Christopher’s Hospice, where she supported the pedagogical development of virtual and face-to-face learning. Prior to this, she worked at UCL Institute of Education for five years, as a tutor and lecturer for early years and primary initial teacher trainees.
