Igraine Rhodes

Programme Manager

Igraine manages a range of grants and leads the EEF’s work on two themes: behaviour, and staff deployment and development. Igraine’s work on these themes includes identifying promising interventions, managing trials and developing guidance documents for teachers and school leaders.

Igraine joined the EEF in May 2017 from national school network Whole Education, where she supported schools to learn from one another. Alongside this work, Igraine provided advisory support to education-based charities through notdeadfish.

Igraine spent four years in the classroom as a teaching assistant and an English teacher. She is the chair of governors at a primary school in Tottenham.
