Jennifer joined the EEF in November 2018 and is responsible for the management of EEF evaluations. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) for six years in their synthesis and reviews team, where she managed and undertook reviews and evidence maps on primary and secondary education interventions, climate change and transparency and accountability in government in low-and middle income countries. She has done work on improving the policy relevance, methodological quality and timeliness of systematic reviews and meta-analysis. In addition, she has undertaken work for organisations including the International Growth Centre at LSE and Action Against Hunger. She holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from University College London.
