The EEF is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work. We aim to support equality of opportunity with our partners and in our on-going teamwork, to encourage a diverse range of talent to flourish within the RSN (as well as within the EEF). We aim to create a network that is diverse, promotes inclusion and supports everyone to develop and achieve, regardless of background characteristics.
To assist us in understanding how we are progressing to meet these aims and to identify areas for further focus we are seeking your support to collect the below information to further our ambition. Any information you provide will be used to produce and monitor equal opportunities aggregate statistics and this analysis will inform how the RSN is supported to develop individuals from under-represented demographics, for example through the expert voices work.
Completing the form is not mandatory and will not affect or be linked to your role in the RSN; individually identifiable data will be viewable by only one central member of EEF staff.We will not make personal or identifiable data available to anyone outside the organisation but may share key findings with the RSN at a later date. Any information you kindly provide will be used to monitor these key statistics and inform our planning.
