Description The test assesses English learners (ELs) in the domains of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. The test is administered to four separate grade-span levels, kindergarten through grade two (K–2), grade three through grade five (3–5), grade six through grade eight (6–8), and grade nine through grade twelve (9–12).
