Description Consists of six scales: Verbal Scale ( the ability to understand and process verbal stimuli and express thoughts); Perceptual-Performance Scale (visual-motor coordination and nonverbal reasoning through manipulation of concrete materials), Quantitative Scale (facility in dealing with numbers and understanding of quantitative concepts), Memory Scale (short-term memory across a wide range of visual and auditory stimuli), Motor Scale (gross and fine motor coordination)and General Cognitive Scale (reasoning, concept formation, and memory when solving verbal and numerical problems and when manipulating concrete materials).
