Lee is Chief Executive Officer of Outwood Grange Academies Trust (OGAT), leading a network of 42 schools spanning 13 Local Authorities across the North of England.

Passionate about equity in education, Lee leads a trust dedicated to serving a significant number of disadvantaged communities, ensuring high-quality education and opportunities are accessible to all children regardless of background.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Lee led the primary sector of the trust, playing a central role in designing, developing, and embedding OGAT’s primary education strategy and driving successful school turnarounds. He brings extensive experience in school improvement, assessment, and system leadership.

Alongside his role at OGAT, Lee holds key governance positions across the sector. He is a Trustee of the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) and Co-Chairs the Yorkshire & Humber KS3 RISE Alliance.
