Kirstin Mulholland joined the EEF in 2021 as the Maths Content Specialist, and currently works as a Senior Associate for School Engagement and Evidence Use.

Kirstin is an experienced primary school teacher and leader, and currently works as an Assistant Professor in Education at Northumbria University alongside her role at EEF. Kirstin has a particular interest in teacher professional development, including through supporting teachers to engage in, and with, research to inform the development of pedagogic practice.
