To make sure that what we do is rooted in the reality of early years settings, schools, and colleges, we conduct focus groups, interviews, and surveys to capture insights from practitioners and use them to inform our support of the education system.
The insights we collect make sure we:
- are aware of the temperature in settings throughout the country,
- refine our resources according to our users’ needs, and
- identify areas of teaching that could be better supported by evidence-informed resources.
