Dear *|FNAME|*,
Next School Funders Network Meeting
Happy New Year!
If you haven’t yet, please reserve your space for our 7th February School Funders’ Network Meeting, kindly hosted by Mission 44.
Through this meeting, we aim to understand general policy landscape in education and also deepen our understanding of two key policy issue areas in particular: school exclusions and racial diversity in education workforce, as well as to understand what we're collectively doing to influence policy and create some actionable next steps on how we can work more effectively to influence policy in 2024.
The meeting will be in two parts, beginning with an overview of the current education policy landscape from The Education Endowment Foundation before moving on to your choice of breakout sessions on either racial diversity, led by Mission 44 or school exclusions, led by Who's Losing Learning? Coalition.
If you’d like to stay after the meeting for networking, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Wednesday 7th February 2024 2:30 - 4:00pm Albert House TOG, 256-260 Old St, London EC1V 9DD
We are expecting this meeting to be well attended and spaces are limited, so please register early to secure your seat. You can register and pre-select your preferred discussion session on EventBrite using the link below and here.
I look forward to seeing many of you next month,
Best wishes,
Sarah Barnes

Private LinkedIn Group |
We know that networking with peers, hearing what others are doing in the space and sharing knowledge and information is important to many of our members, and so in the hope of facilitating a community of sharing we’ve created a private School Funders’ Network LinkedIn group. Posts will only be visible to other members of the network and we hope that it’ll enable us all to share more easily with one another. Please feel free to share updates from your organisation, partnership requests – whatever it may be that helps you get more from the network.

Coffee Roulette |
A desire to network with peers and colleagues came across strongly in our survey. We thought it might be nice to give coffee roulette a try. To join in, all you need to do is complete this quick form by the end of January. We’ll randomly pair-up respondents with one another, and then you choose a time and date to meet for a virtual (or in-person!) networking coffee. We’d be happy to coordinate this as a semi-regular event, if it proves popular.
