Senior Programme Manager
•She/HerSarah is a Senior Programme Manager managing a range of EEF-funded projects, and specialises in EEF’s early-stage programme development work.
Sarah joined the EEF in December 2021 when the Early-Stage Programme Development team was first established. She coached programme developers through our structured process to aid programme design and the collection of early formative feedback and led a number of different Innovation and Development cycles of work.
Sarah’s background is in research and evaluation. She was previously responsible for evaluating a university’s widening participation work and has also worked as a Senior Research Manager at a social research agency, responsible for projects for the Department for Education and charity sector clients.
