About Ignacia

Ignacia joined the EEF as an Evaluation Manager in September 2022 and started in her current role in July 2023. In early 2025, she joined the Programme Development and Scale-up team, where she leads the EEF’s approach to evaluating scaled-up programmes.

Before joining the EEF, Ignacia worked as a consultant for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), focusing on strengthening the organisation’s normative role and specialising in data processing and analysis. Prior to this, she worked as an analyst, consultant, project manager and director of content across several organisations, with a focus on the design, implementation and evaluation of policies aimed at supporting disadvantaged groups in Chile.
