Laurence is a Senior Policy Manager, with a particular focus on the Accelerator Fund.
Prior to joining the EEF Laurence was an Acting Director in the Programmes Division of Ambition Institute, where he led Ambition’s delivery of the Early Career Framework contracts, supporting new teachers and their mentors. Before this he was a Programme Leader in the same division, focusing on contract management with the DfE.
