Laurence promotes evidence-informed policy with a focus on professional development and the school workforce.
Laurence joined the EEF Policy team in 2022. He leads on the development of EEF's policy positions in relation to professional development and the school workforce through liaising with our national stakeholders.
Prior to joining the EEF, Laurence led the delivery of a national professional development programme for early career teachers based on the Early Career Framework.
