Rose undertakes a range of research at the EEF.
Rose is passionate about evidence-informed practice in education. She has a wealth of experience in conducting applied psychological research in schools and leading evidence reviews in psychology and education. She has also worked as a psychology lecturer.
Since completing her PhD in 2020, she has worked on two EEF-funded research projects as a post-doc researcher: the Cognitive Science in the Classroom review at the University of Birmingham, and the Improving Working Memory Plus Arithmetic trial at the University of Oxford.
