Devynn Barnes
International Manager
Devynn joins the Evidence Synthesis team with a background in global education partnerships, programming, and policy.
She has worked across a range of international settings, most recently with UNICEF and the International Rescue Committee, supporting ministries and civil society organisations to design and implement inclusive, evidence-informed education programmes.
Devynn holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU, where she specialised in international development and education policy. She is particularly interested in how research can be translated into practical tools for teachers, and how education systems can better serve marginalised learners.
When she’s not working, Devynn enjoys exploring the UK, cooking new recipes, and scouring London flea markets for treasures.
