Tisha joins the Programme Development and Scale-up team as Head of Programme Development & Scale-up to cover for Amy Clark, who is on maternity leave.
For the past five years, Tisha has been Head of Innovation at the Fair Education Alliance, leading grant-making and support for early-stage innovations tackling educational inequity. Prior to this, she worked in education policy at Save the Children, and before that as a secondary school English teacher - first in Peckham through the Teach First programme, and later internationally.
Tisha holds master’s degrees in Education Leadership (UCL) and International Education Policy (Harvard).
She has two young sons who keep her smiling and on her toes! In her spare time she enjoys the theatre, reading, and eating out.
