Nikhil supports EEF’s data activities, enhancing Salesforce operations, ensuring data integrity, and providing data-driven insights.
Nikhil joined the EEF in December 2021 to support work on the Accelerator Fund. With a background in data administration in both public and private sectors, he undertakes many data-focused responsibilities, particularly analysing the reach of our programmes. A large part of Nikhil's role involves maintaining and developing our CRM system, including creating and managing reports and dashboards. He also collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, manages training materials, supports data analysis requests, and generally provides extensive support to the wider EEF team.
