Marianne is responsible for executing the EEF’s people initiatives, providing internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence.
For the last 5 years Marianne has been Head of Human Resources for Danes Educational Trust in Hertfordshire where she was responsible for the HR function for 9 schools (primary and secondary), prior to this she gained a wealth of HR experience in the hospitality and property sectors. She is also Chair of Governors at her local secondary school.
