•She/HerEloise oversees the CRM system, which is used by several teams to monitor the progress of research projects and their finances.
Eloise joined the EEF in September 2023 to lead the launch and development of the our CRM system. This system supports the programmes, evaluation, finance and fundraising teams to monitor the progress of the EEF's many grants, and connects to a portal for grantee access.
In the past, Eloise trained as a maths teacher through Teach First, worked at EdTech scale-up Multiverse, led the Data and Impact team at a criminal justice charity, and completed the On Purpose Associate Programme. She is a trustee at a horticultural therapy charity.
