Stu leads the EEF’s Evidence Mobilisation team
Sara oversees EEF’s growing work to mobilise evidence within the early years sector.
Sara joined the EEF in 2024 to provide maternity leave cover for the Early Years Lead role. As Senior Early Years Evidence Mobilisation Manager she leads a team dedicated to enabling the early years system in England to promote and understand effective evidence use.
Prior to joining the EEF, Sara was Senior Early Years Adviser for Save the Children, providing expertise to inform early years projects and programmes across the UK. Previously, she spent nearly a decade leading family engagement and health activity for Acelero Learning, a large Head Start provider in the US.
Sara holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. She is based in Glasgow and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the charity Children in Scotland.
