About Siobhan

Siobhan joined the EEF in May 2020. In her role as Regional Delivery Lead, she works alongside Research Schools, system leaders and school based colleagues to develop place based partnerships and promote the use of evidence to improve outcomes for all pupils, particularly those facing disadvantage.

Prior to joining the EEF, I was a Primary Teacher and Literacy Lead at a school in Peterborough. I then worked at Teach First as a Leadership Development Officer, supporting several cohorts of trainee teachers, before progressing into the role of School Partnerships Lead, where I built and managed relationships with schools and partner organisations across the East Midlands. I also worked at Police Now as a Curriculum Manager, developing the pilot of their National Detective Programme.

I am currently undertaking my Masters in Education to further my professional development and I am a Mental Health First Aider.
