Siobhan Keddie
Regional Delivery Lead (East Midlands and the East of England)
•She/HerSiobhan supports Research Schools to mobilise evidence through communication, local partnerships, and bespoke projects.
Siobhan joined the EEF in May 2020. In her role as Regional Delivery Lead, she works alongside Research Schools, system leaders and school based colleagues to develop place based partnerships and promote the use of evidence to improve outcomes for all pupils, particularly those facing disadvantage.
Prior to joining the EEF, she worked as a Primary Teacher and Literacy Lead at a school in Peterborough. She then worked at Teach First as a Leadership Development Officer, supporting several cohorts of trainee teachers, before progressing into the role of School Partnerships Lead, where she built and managed relationships with schools and partner organisations across the East Midlands. She also worked at Police Now as a Curriculum Manager, developing the pilot of their National Detective Programme.
Siobhan is currently undertaking her Masters in Education to further her professional development and is also a Mental Health First Aider.
