Jo supports Research Schools to mobilise evidence through communication, local partnerships, and bespoke projects.
As Regional Delivery Lead, Jo's role involves working alongside the region's Research Schools and system leaders to develop partnerships and promote the use of evidence to improve outcomes for pupils, particularly those who are socioeconomically disadvantaged.
Jo joined the EEF in January 2021. Prior to this, she worked at the University of Wolverhampton on a government funded widening participation programme and managed school partnerships across the West Midlands. The programme aimed to increase progression to Higher Education in areas of low participation.
Jo is also Chair of Governors at a secondary academy in the West Midlands and is currently undertaking a PhD in Education and Social Justice.
