We know that access to research alone isn’t sufficient to tackle the attainment gap, and evidence-informed approaches have the most impact when implemented using school and system leaders’ professional expertise.

We work with the Research Schools Network to provide resources that support to schools, colleges, and early years settings to access and understand the research evidence. This includes developing openly available resources that exemplify evidence-use in teaching and learning, and advocating for the use of systematic, robust research evidence within local education networks.

We form partnerships with education settings and local system leaders, such as local authorities and multi-academy-trusts. We work together to identify priorities, co-construct solutions, and engage with research evidence to meet specific challenges.
