Katie focuses on policy priorities relevant to EEF's mission including disadvantage, pupil premium and early years.
Prior to joining EEF, Katie worked as Policy and Public Affairs Assistant at the National Literacy Trust, where she supported on policy development and advocacy around literacy education in schools, early years settings and prisons/Young Offender Institutions.
