Natalie joined the EEF in July 2024. In her role as a Senior Policy Manager she focusses on strategic policy priorities relevant to the EEF’s mission, including disadvantage, pupil premium and post-16.
Prior to joining the EEF, Natalie was a Senior Policy Adviser in the Department for Education's English curriculum team. Before this, she worked as a Test Development Researcher in the Standards and Testing Agency. Natalie began her career as a teacher, working in primary schools in East London.
Natalie continues to teach on her non-working days.
