Suzie Clements
Senior Early Years Policy Manager
Suzie joins the Policy team as Senior Early Years Policy Manager. She is a qualified teacher with a background in Early Years and youth work.
Suzie has spent the last eight years working as a mixed methods researcher, with particular expertise in Randomised Controlled Trials, creative consultation with children and young people, and evaluation across the education, children's services, and youth justice sectors. Before moving into research and evaluation, she worked in a primary school as an EYFS teacher, phase lead and member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Outside work, Suzie enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her toddler. She's based in Hertfordshire.
