Igraine Rhodes
She/HerIgraine (Iggy) leads the EEF’s Programmes team and is the EEF’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Fabiola manages a range of EEF-funded programmes and is our Ed Tech theme leader.
Fabiola has worked as a secondary school Teacher of English in the UK and internationally after completing the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. More recently, she worked for a multi-academy trust where she was responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of strategic careers education programming in schools across England. Fabiola’s expertise extends to developing post-16 apprenticeship programmes. She is also an Associate for the Creative Mentor Network and Mentor for The Girls' Network.
Fabiola has a PGDE in Educational Leadership from UCL and an MA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art. She is currently training to be an accredited coach in transformational leadership with the International Coaching Federation.
