She/HerIgraine (Iggy) leads the EEF’s Programmes team and is the EEF’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Daniella Duncalf
Programme Manager
•She/HerDaniella manages a range of programmes and leads the EEF’s programmes work on writing.
Daniella joined the EEF in December 2021. Since then, she has managed a range of programmes, overseeing every stage of the project lifecycle, from setup to delivery and reporting. She also leads the EEF's thematic work on generating evidence and supporting best practice in teaching writing.
With a career rooted in the non-profit sector, Daniella has managed several projects focused on women and girls' issues. Before joining the EEF, she held a research position at a specialist safeguarding agency and now also serves as the EEF's Deputy Safeguarding Lead.
Daniella is currently pursuing an MA in Gender, Education, and International Development.
