She/HerIgraine (Iggy) leads the EEF’s Programmes team and is the EEF’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Natasha Guy
Programme Manager
Natasha joins the Programmes Team as Programme Manager, where she will support the development and delivery of education programmes and evaluations.
Natasha brings 16 years of experience in primary education, including time as a SEND Lead, before moving into education research. Most recently, she worked as a Research Assistant at Loughborough University, leading the delivery of school-based trials and working with pupils and teachers to test approaches to improving early mathematics learning.
Natasha has a ten-year-old son and welcomes any advice on parenting a pre-teen! In her spare time, she enjoys eating out, live music and has recently taken up Pickleball.
