About Aoife

Aoife joined the EEF in 2020. Her work at the EEF has included identifying promising interventions for funding, co-authoring the second edition of the 'Improving Literacy in Key Stage 2' guidance report and managing a portfolio of RCTs and other research projects. Aoife’s work currently focuses on evidence generation in the Early Years.

Prior to joining the EEF, Aoife worked on a range of international and UK-focused education programmes. She has an MA in Human Sciences and an MPhil in Development Studies.
