Richard Brink

Richard is responsible for ensuring that engagement activities - focus groups, user testing, surveys - carried out by the Content and Engagement Team meet the highest standards of quality. Richard also leads on the production of high quality statistical and analytical information, and the development of efficient data processes. Richard joined the EEF in February 2021.
Prior to this, Richard spent 13 years engaging with school practitioners, via surveys, interviews and focus groups, and analysing education data, for a variety of leading education suppliers. His work has spanned the school landscape, from individual schools to entire countries, and has allowed him to observe the development of Trusts and school chains across the world.
