Charang joins the Content & Engagement team as Content Development Officer, where she will support the creation of high-quality resources for school and post-16 leaders and teachers across England.
She brings experience in digital content design and communications from her time at Lambeth Council and creative agencies, where she focused on developing clear, accessible materials that make complex information easier to understand and apply.
Charang is passionate about using evidence-informed communication to help educators connect with research and improve outcomes for young people.
Outside of work, she enjoys music, dance, and occasionally exploring new food spots around London.
