Rachael supports the design and management of qualitative research, commissioning external partners and high-quality approaches to evaluation and monitoring.
Prior to joining the EEF, Rachael spent 4 years as the Children and Young People Evaluation Manager at the Money and Pensions Service, where she was the evaluation lead for a number of pilots and interventions aimed at helping children and young people learn more about money.
Prior to this she worked at the housing and homelessness charity, Shelter, and the research agency Ipsos MORI in their Children and Young People team.
