Kirsten first joined the EEF in January 2020 on secondment alongside her Assistant Headship role as Content Specialist for Learning Behaviours. She is now our permanent Senior Content and Engagement Manager, building strategic insights from schools and colleges into EEF content development – ensuring resources are accessible and actionable.
Kirsten has taught across primary and secondary phases in over 25 years of teaching. As Assistant Headteacher, strategic lead for Pupil Premium and SENCo, she aimed to keep social and academic threads intact for all.
