Alex leads the development and quality assurance of EEF tools, resources and training.
Kirsten leads the EEF’s team of content specialists.
Kirsten first joined the EEF in Jan 2020 on secondment alongside her Assistant Headship role as Content Specialist for Learning Behaviours, looking at the links between evidence on behaviour, social and emotional learning, SEND, parental engagement and metacognition.
Kirsten has taught across primary and secondary phases in over 25 years of teaching. As Assistant Headteacher, strategic lead for PP and SENCo, she aimed to keep social and academic threads intact for all.
