Evaluation Officer
Erin joins the Evaluation team as Evaluation Officer, where she will coordinate commissioning rounds, manage relationships with the EEF’s evaluator panel, and support project management across the Research Directorate.
Since completing her doctorate, which researched second language learning, Erin gained experience working in an inner-city special needs school supporting SEND students. She then worked as a Research Assistant on a reading intervention programme at Durham University in the School of Education, before joining an inter-disciplinary team as a Research and Innovation Associate, evaluating the effectiveness of EEF funded interventions for SEND students.
Erin is a keen athlete and spends most of her spare time training and competing in athletics and hockey.
