She/HerKatharina (Kat) leads the EEF’s evaluation team, which commissions high-quality, cost-effective evaluations of EEF-funded projects.
Aniela Bankowicz
Evaluation Manager
Aniela Bankowicz who joins the Evaluation team as an Evaluation Manager.
Aniela brings experience in research and evaluation across education and social policy, most recently working at TASO (What Works Centre for Higher Education), where she developed evidence-informed resources and explored new approaches to using data and AI in evidence synthesis. Her wider research experience spans inequalities and social policy, including work with the University of Oxford, the University of Warsaw and the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights.
She studied Politics with Quantitative Methods at the University of Glasgow and holds a master’s in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford.
Outside work, Aniela enjoys knitting, spending time with friends and planning her next trip.
