Evaluation Manager
•She/HerFlavy is responsible for commissioning robust evaluations of EEF-funded projects, and for supporting contracted research groups.
At the EEF, Flavy manages a portfolio of education evaluations and leads on the due diligence process of research teams. She also supports with the development of EEF guidance and with EEF's expansion into the Early Years sector.
Flavy joined the EEF from the Women's World Banking (WWB), where she worked as the Regional Research Lead for South Asia, leading the organisation's research efforts in the region and contributing to its global research portfolio and agenda on gender equality in financial inclusion.
Prior to WWB, Flavy was a Research Manager at J-PAL South Asia where she worked on randomization evaluations and managed researched projects across several thematic areas such as agriculture, governance and crime and violence in urban and rural India.
Flavy has also supported projects on energy and environment and sustainable development at organisations like Chatham House in London, Rockefeller Foundation in Bangkok and ICRIER in New Delhi.
