Belén is responsible for managing EEF-funded evaluations and the EEF data archive.
Belén is a recent Master in Public Administration (MPA) graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she gained robust knowledge of social policy and impact.
Before coming to the UK, she worked for over six years in the education sector in Chile. She worked as an accounting and class teacher for three years at a high school in Pudahuel, Santiago. Then, she worked as the Studies Coordinator at Aptus, a nonprofit developing products and services to support schools. She was in charge of fostering a data-driven culture in the organisation.
Belén also supported Aptus remotely from London in 2022 by mentoring teacher trainers on effective adult teaching practices.
