She/HerKatharina (Kat) leads the EEF’s evaluation team, which commissions high-quality, cost-effective evaluations of EEF-funded projects.
Sarthak Goyal
Evaluation Manager
Sarthak joins the Evaluation Team as Evaluation Manager.
Prior to EEF, Sarthak worked in monitoring and evaluation roles at several organisations across the UK and India, including British International Investment, Pratham Education Foundation, and Dalberg Advisors. He completed his MSc in Social Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford in 2025.
Sarthak is a huge tennis fan and plays tennis regularly as well. He enjoys travelling, reading, and going to the theatre.
