She/HerKatharina (Kat) leads the EEF’s evaluation team, which commissions high-quality, cost-effective evaluations of EEF-funded projects.
Faizaan Sami
Evaluation Manager
Faizaan is responsible for commissioning robust evaluations of EEF-funded projects, and for monitoring and supporting contracted research groups.
Faizaan is an evaluation specialist, whose experience includes working with the reproductive healthcare charity Marie Stopes International (MSI) and the education & employability charity Princes Trust International (PTI). At MSI, he focused on developing and testing equity measures, evaluating clinical quality through health service data, and most rewardingly, designing and delivering one of MSI’s research studies across 26 countries.
More recently at PTI, his work involved building M&E knowledge and practice on social and emotional learning, distance-based programming and evaluating education pilots in Malaysia, Pakistan, and the Caribbean during the pandemic.
