Guillermo is a recent LSE graduate where he studied a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) specialized in economic policy as well as in poverty and inequality studies.
Before moving to the UK, he worked for 4 years in the World Bank office in Lima, Peru as a consultant and research assistant, contributing to both the strategic engagement with the Peruvian Government as well as with the research and publication of various studies on public finances, migration, and human capital development.
