Professor Becky Francis CBE (FBA, FAcSS, PhD) is Chief Executive Officer of the Education Endowment Foundation.

Anne-Laure is responsible for the operational delivery of EEF’s mission and objectives, maximising the impact of EEF’s resources.

Chris is responsible for integrating and overseeing the EEF’s impact and mobilisation activities.

Emily is EEF’s Director of Research and has worked at the EEF in a range of roles.

Igraine (Iggy) leads the EEF’s Programmes team and is the EEF’s Designated Safeguarding Lead. 

Kath leads the EEF’s post-16 work, building and mobilising the evidence base to support improved outcomes at this crucial stage of education.

Aoife manages a range of programmes and leads the EEF’s programmes work on the early years, literacy and teacher recruitment and retention.

Katie focuses on EEF’s 16 – 19 work, managing a range of 16 – 19 programmes and producing guidance for the sector.

Daniella manages a range of programmes and leads the EEF’s programmes work on writing.

Eleanore manages a range of EEF-funded programmes.

Beverley manages a range of EEF-funded programmes and leads the EEF’s programmes work on metacognition, secondary literacy and physical development in the early years.

Katharina (Kat) leads the EEF’s evaluation team, which commissions high-quality, cost-effective evaluations of EEF-funded projects.

Celeste leads our Teacher and School Choices work, as well as our work on policy evaluations and quasi-experimental designs.

Lizzie is currently seconded from the regional team to lead our work in Wales and support evidence mobilisation in the post-16 sector.

Lorwyn leads on the delivery of EEF’s System Support offer and co-leads our work across regions in England.

Sara oversees EEF’s growing work to mobilise evidence within the early years sector.
